Radio button เลือกได้แค่ 1 ตัวเลือก และทุกครั้งที่คลิ๊กหมายถึงการเลือกเสมอ หรือพูดง่ายๆ ก็คือ ต่อให้คลิ๊กตัวเลือกเดิมซ้ำกัน 2 ครั้ง ค่าก็จะไม่หายไป Check box สามารถเลือกได้
